COMPLETE ANTI-RUST TREATMENT OF CAB AND COMPONENTS
A variety of treatments - including zinc-based coatings, resins and aluminium plating - protect the frame, suspension, transmission, axles and other underbody components against corrosion. The full-dip pretreatment ensures that the inner recesses of the cab structure are degreased coated with a lead phosphate solution. It also enhances the bonding of primer during the precision cation electrodeposition process. Finally, multiple layers of paint give additional rust protection.
